Remembrance Day Message from Larry Rousseau

November 11 marks the day that we honour the service of our men and women in defending Canada and maintaining peace in the world. In the National Capital Region, the main ceremony will take place at the Cenotaph in Ottawa (corner of Wellington and Elgin). Wreaths are laid during this very solemn ceremony to commemorate all veterans, including our members who are veterans now working in the civil service. Thousands of citizens will gather in Ottawa on Remembrance Day to honour them. Lest We Forget. Following the ceremonies, please take the time to seek out a veteran, and let them know that we stand with them in solidarity.
