After more than two years of negotiations, the members of the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) were proud to attend en masse the very first vote for a collective agreement. Members at the IDRC were eager to learn more about their new collective agreement rights such as seniority, WFA provisions and a transparent staffing process. PSAC is thrilled to be celebrate this milestone achievement with our new IDRC members!
