In Ottawa:

We will hold an information session followed by the ratification vote on Wednesday 11 July 2018, Noon to 1 PM, on the 8th floor at IDRC 150 Kent St, Ottawa ON K1P 0B2.

Regional Offices*:

A web information session will be held on 11 July 2018 at 8:00 AM EDT. Please follow this link to join the meeting. Over the coming days, you will be asked by a designated colleague in your office to confirm your intention to attend this session as well as your e-mail address where you want to receive your email ballot. This ballot will be sent to you by PSAC in the morning of 11 July. You will have (one day) until 9 AM 12 July 2018 EDT to cast your email ballot (instructions will accompany the ballots sent by PSAC).

Members on official travel or leave on July 11th*:

You must attend one of two web information sessions, on 10 July Noon EDT [meeting link] OR 11 July 2018 at 8:00 AM EDT [meeting link]. If you can attend one of these sessions, you are asked to send your name to Andrez Sanchez (Asanchez@idrc.ca) with cc to Nairra Tariq (TariqN@psac-afpc.com) as well as your e-mail address where you want to receive your email ballot. This ballot will be sent to you by PSAC in the morning of 11 July. You will have (one day) until 9 AM of 12 July 2018 EDT to cast your email ballot (instructions will accompany the ballots sent by PSAC).

Help us achieve the maximum voting turnout possible! You will be making IDRC history!

*Explanation Note for members not casting vote in person: The reason for requesting your name is so that we can provide you with an electronic ballot. This will ensure that only one vote is cast per member in good standing. In Ottawa, the checking-off names from voting lists and providing members with ballots is done on site.

In all cases, votes will be handled by PSAC in a way that ensures privacy and confidentiality.
