NCR Convention Resolutions
June reported that ORWC Resolution #1 was ruled out of order. There was a further discussion about the Committee’s strategy to have their resolutions supported at the Convention.
- Federal Elections Policy Panel April 27, 2011
June described the event which took place at the Main Branch of the Ottawa Public Library. There were approximately 35 in attendance. The turn-out was less than was anticipated. However, it was a successful event, just the same.
Maria Fitzpatrick moderated the debate and the guests were excellent. The panel consisted of the following representatives:
Liz Rowley, Communist Party of Canada
Anita Vandenbeld, Liberal Party of Canada
Marlene Riviere, New Democratic Party
Jen Hunter, Green Party of Canada
NCR REVP All-Candidates’ Meeting
June and Louise Patrice will plan this activity over the next few weeks.
